Return Policy

Goodmark will accept returns from the "original purchaser" up to 14 days from the original date of purchase. ALL returned parts must be in their original packaging and not modified or damaged in any way! The purchaser is responsible for returning the product back to us at their own expense. In the event that your return is damaged in transit you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. In the event the product is deemed damaged or defective by our customer service department, Goodmark will schedule a pick-up for the product.

An RGA is required for ALL returns along with a copy of the original invoice. If a return is sent back to us without an RGA it will be refused and returned to sender. Goodmark will not be responsible for any shipping charges that are incurred due to items being returned without an RGA. We understand that you restoration project can takes years to complete and that the products you purchase may not be immediately fit to your vehicle. We do however recommend that you test fit the product as soon as possible and always save the original packaging to avoid any issues with trying to return the item. Any request for a refund or return after the initial 14 days will require authorization from our customer service department and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Under no circumstances will Goodmark accept ANY return after 180 days from the original date of purchase.

Damaged Shipments

Goodmark Industries always tries to package and ship your parts so that damage won't occur, but sometimes things happen that even our excellent packing won't protect. Always open and inspect your merchandise carefully before signing the delivery receipt! You must sign the delivery receipt as "damaged" and refuse the shipment if there are any visible signs of mishandling or upon inspection the product is damaged in any way. This is our only recourse in filing a claim for shipping damage! If you sign off that everything is OK, but later notice the product is damaged, there isn't much we can do to help you make a claim. In the event you experience shipping damage here are the steps to take

  1. Sign the Delivery Receipt as "damaged"
  2. DO NOT take delivery of the shipment. It should be refused!
  3. Immediately contact Goodmarks Customer Service Department.
